End of the Trail buckle depicts an American Indian brave hanging limp as his horse comes to an abrupt halt just prior to momentum carrying him over an unseen precipice.  In the background is the silhouette of a bison skull and feathers.  On the back are the words, "End of the Trail, for all the world one prayer that all men live as brothers and peace reign everywhere."
