Q: How can I track my order?
A: After we ship your order we will send you the tracking number in an email to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Q: Why do some items say they usually ship the next business day and others take 2-3 days, 5-7 days or 1-2 weeks to ship?
A:Note we do not list any of our items as "in stock" because we ship items from multiple locations within the United States. Because of that we have to rely on inventory from 3rd party suppliers and manufacturers and those inventory levels can be incorrect at times. Some items we sell are special order items and we have to order them direct from the manufacturer. The timeframe for them to ship will be listed next to that item.
Q: If I put a rush on an item or need the order to ship it next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day ground, and the item is a special order item that takes an additonal 2-3 days, 5-7 days or 1-2 weeks to ship, will that speed up the ship time?
A:Unfortunately no. These items will still take the specified amount of days to ship from the manufacturer and once they do ship, they will then ship whatever shipping method you selected. If you put a rush on the order we will still move that order to the front of our orders so it will get submitted to the manufacturer immediately.
Q: If I sign up for your newsletter will my email address be given to 3rd parties and then my email will get bombarded with junk mail?
A: No, if you sign up for our newsletter we will not give your email address to anyone and we will only send you information regarding our company when new products are released or any news that we want to pass along.
