Shipping Policy: Most Orders ship in 1-2 business days (Excluding the holiday season). However some items are special order or factory direct and take additional processing time. Those items are noted under the availability section when viewing the item. We only ship inside the United States, Canada and to APO addresses. The majority of our orders will ship using UPS, Fedex and the Post Office. All orders being shipped to Canada and APO addresses, will be shipped using the post office (USPS). All next day delivery, 2nd day delivery orders and 3 day ground will ship via need to be placed before 3 p.m. eastern time to get shipped the same day. Please note that UPS does not deliver on saturdays and if you order an item next day air on friday it will not arrive until monday. Some items are special order items that take additional processing time and cannot be sped up by selecting one those faster methods. Those items are marked accordingly on the item pages under the availability section.
We offer flat rate shipping to the lower 48 states based on order amount. You can see our table below. Shipping charges for any orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally will be based on weight.
Regular Ground - This option is our standard shipping option. If you select this option it will ship using UPS, Fedex or The Post Office standard shipping options. We offer a LOW flat rate shipping cost based on order amount. You can see the table below for cost. APO, International, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders will shipped based on weight which you can calculate during checkout.

Multiple Warehouses
Some items we ship are special order and come direct from the manufacturer. In other cases if our main warehouse is sold out we use 3rd party suppliers to ship items out to prevent delays in shipping times. So it is possible if you place an order for multiple items to receive these items by themselves on different days.
Partial Shipments: In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one warehouse. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.
Canadian Residents
To calculate shipping charges for orders being sent to Canada, please add the items you want to purchase into your shopping cart. While viewing the shopping cart, towards the bottom you will see a shipping calculator. Just add your address in there and it will show you your shipping cost before going through the checkout process. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees. Any fees relating to customs is the responsibility of the customer.
International orders cannot be shipped using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day air or UPS 3 Day Select, they will only be shipped using UPS ground or USPS Priority International.
Unverified PayPal Accounts: Any orders paid using PayPal with unverified accounts may be delayed until we can verify your paypal account. In some cases we reserve the right to ship unverified account orders out if they need to be shipped using UPS 3 day, 2nd day air or next day air. However these orders will be shipped requiring a signature from someone at the ship to address. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver this package, if no one is there to sign for the package, after 3 attempts it will be sent back to us and the cost to ship this to you will be non-refundable. at that time we can ship this out again for you per upon your request at your expense. If you decide to cancel or we do not hear back from you our standard 20% restock fee will apply. If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to contact us.
Product Location: In some cases we use 3rd party warehouses or the manufacturer themselves to supply and ship our products to our customers. Please do not assume because our main warehouse is located in Pennsylvania that all items ship from Pennsylvania. If you want to know where an item will ship from please contact us.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE: Please make sure you provide the accurate ship to address when placing the order. If UPS has to correct the address in anyway while shipping the item by changing the zip code or if it is missing the apartment # etc... they will charge a fee at the customers expense.
